Pope Benedict XVI has offered several reflections on St. Augustine during his regular Wednesday General Papal Audiences.
Calling Augustine “the greatest Father of the Latin Church,” the Pope spoke to the people gathered in the Paul VI Audience Hall in Vatican City or at Castel Gondolfo about Augustine's life, his thought, his pastoral ministries and his spirituality.
