What is Camp Restless?
Camp Restless is a week-long experience designed to inspire young people to grow in their faith, build leadership skills, and connect with others in a fun and engaging environment. Rooted in the Augustinian tradition, the camp offers:
Spiritual Formation: Daily opportunities for prayer, Mass, reconciliation, and reflection.
Leadership Development: Workshops to help participants gain confidence and develop essential skills like teamwork and communication.
Community Building: Fun activities that foster friendships and teamwork in a welcoming environment.
Service Opportunities: Hands-on projects to live out Gospel values and make a difference.
This transformative camp is open to youth from all parishes, schools, and the wider Catholic community.
Why Attend Camp Restless?
Camp Restless empowers young people to embrace their restless hearts while growing in faith, confidence, leadership, and community, transforming their journey into one of purpose and joy.
A Day in the Life at Camp
At Camp Restless, each day is packed with adventure, fun, and opportunities for growth. From the moment you wake up, you'll be immersed in community, engaging activities, and plenty of time to connect with others, gain confidence and more.
Morning
Each day starts with Morning Prayer, followed offsite large group activities that build confidence, leadership skills or help us to live as disciples through service at soup kitchens and a food pantries, where we work together to make a difference. We keep things fun and active.
Afternoon
The afternoons are filled with team-building activities at places like FORGE in Lemont and field sports. If you are not into sports, we have water ballon fights, socializing and a variety of other activities.
Evening
After dinner, we gather for a thematic activity that gets you thinking and interacting with peers. Afterward, there’s time for small group discussions to reflect and share insights into our theme of the day. Finally, we gather for prayer and time to unwind and reflect on the day. Each evening ends with community games, group sharing, or special activities like Reconciliation to help you grow in your faith and relationships.
At Camp Restless, every moment is a chance to build stronger friendships, grow in confidence, and have a blast.

Special High School Leadership Track – June 14
Arrive early and be part of something more. The Leadership Track is specifically designed for High School campers who want to take their Camp Restless experience to the next level.
By coming a day early, you will:
Step into leadership with confidence – Take part in hands-on workshops that strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, equipping you with the tools to guide others during the week of camp and beyond to your school, sports field, and more.
Build stronger community bonds – Arriving early means a smaller group setting where you’ll form friendships and connections that set the tone for the rest of the camp. You’ll begin the week already rooted in trust and community.
Grow spiritually as a servant-leader – Through prayer, reflection, and formation rooted in the Augustinian values of Truth, Unity, and Love, you’ll learn what it means to lead as Christ did—through service and love.
Gain experience that lasts – Whether you’re preparing to take on leadership roles at school, parish, or in future work, this track equips you with practical skills and spiritual grounding that will stay with you long after camp ends.
