Augustinian Intention Cards

Commemorate the joyful and sorrowful moments in life with an Augustinian Mass and Prayer Intention Card.  A variety of these beautiful cards are available for many special occasions or generic cards that can be used for almost any occasion. Individuals enrolled in the program will be included in Masses, prayers, and the good works of our Augustinian Friars. Your voluntary contribution will support the Augustinian Formation and Vocations program, our retired Priests and Brothers, and our Missions in Peru.  Order cards to use as needed, by completing the form at the bottom of the page. Perpetual Enrollment Cards

All contributions made for perpetual enrollments in the name of a loved one will include them for all time in countless Masses, prayers and good works of the Augustinian priests, brothers, and men in formation. Each perpetual enrollment card (5.5” x 8”) comes printed on firm, yet lightweight, textured cardstock. The cover has a gold foil seal of the Augustinian Order and the interior has a beautiful painting of Our Mother of Good Counsel, the patroness of our Midwest Province. The suggested contribution for each perpetual enrollment is $30.. 

Annual Enrollment Cards

Contributions for annual enrollments in the name of a loved one will include them for in Masses, prayers and good works of the Augustinian priests, brothers, and men in formation throughout the year. Pictured below are the available cards for Healing, Memorial, Sympathy, Birthday, Special Occasion, and Special Intention. Each card has an appropriate message for the occasion and a corresponding St. Augustine quote. The suggested donation for each of these cards is $15.

To order Mass cards, complete the online form below.

Once your order is received, cards will be mailed directly to you. Use them as needed - no donation is expected until you use the Mass cards. For your convenience, a return envelope is provided inside each card to mail back to us with the enrollment name and your donation.
