Cardinal George's Remarks at Inaugural Gala

Last month, Francis Cardinal George, O.M.I., Archbishop of Chicago, offered an opening prayer to the 460 gathered to celebrate the Augustinian Inaugural Gala.  He briefly discussed his role in electing Pope Francis, Augustinian spirituality and ministry, and the Church in Latin America.  Check out the video below to see an excerpt from this Invocation.

Francis Cardinal George, O.M.I. offered the Invocation for the Augustinian Inaugural Gala on April 26, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. He offered some insights on Augustinian spirituality and touched on the happenings of his taking part in electing Pope Francis just a few months ago.
